Fantastic store - the items are incredible and top-notch, but don’t worry, if something goes wrong, the shop handles it like pros. I recently purchased a diffuser that stopped functioning, but they’re swapping it out for me - no fuss, no stress, just good ol' customer care! I highly suggest checking out this business!

I got this as a wedding present and I'm super happy with the quality; it looks fantastic. The website was easy to navigate, and the delivery was pretty quick.

I ordered the Aesop Charlie Bear online (payment went through). Then I got an email saying the item was out of stock, so my order was canceled and I got a refund. Now they keep bugging me to 'leave a review' for something I never got!

So, this is my take on the whole situation up to now, and seriously, just let me be.

I’m totally thrilled with my Ashleigh And Burwood scents, so many options and at good prices. Picked up 3 bottles of different fragrances and I’ll surely be getting more before I run out. These are a must-have for me. The service was fantastic, from placing my order online to getting the products in just 3 days, all nicely packaged. I can’t find anything to complain about.

Great service! I saw these coasters at a card store, but they only had a few designs. Then I discovered Collectibles, and they had all the options. My order showed up quicker than I thought, and it was packed nicely and in mint condition. Totally hassle-free!

Placing an order was a breeze, and the delivery was super quick for a lovely product. However, it would be awesome to have a wider selection of items on the site. Plus, being able to pick a specific store and see what’s in stock there would be a nice touch.

The support I got was top-notch. I bought an oil diffuser but missed out on the free oil (should've added it to my cart when I ordered, but it slipped my mind). When I reached out to them, they responded fast and sent it my way right away. You really can't beat that. My initial order was shipped out in no time, and I'm really enjoying the diffuser.

I placed a pre-order for three items, but I still haven't gotten them. They aren't picking up the phone, and it seems like either their email has changed or they've blocked mine. Up until now, their communication was decent, especially when I asked for updates on my pre-orders. If things improve, I’ll gladly revise my review.

So... I got my daughter a personalized necklace for Christmas. Unfortunately, she ended up breaking it. Even though I bought it at the metro centre, I searched online for a replacement. I couldn't track it down, so I reached out to Collectables through email. They were super nice and really understanding! They even created a special link just for me to purchase that exact necklace online! This whole issue was addressed, responded to, and sorted out all in one day. So for me... Huge thanks to Collectables, you really made a little girl very happy! They could've just said, 'Sorry, it’s not available online...' and left it at that. But nah, they went above and beyond to help out. It wasn't even the priciest item you could get, so I think it was really sweet and considerate of them to do this for us!

I made a purchase on November 28th and didn’t get any updates for two weeks. After sending an email to follow up, I got an automated reply on December 15th saying that half of my items weren’t available and the rest would be shipped to me. It took another week after that email to finally get my order. I’ve lodged a complaint, but I haven’t heard back at all. It feels like their customer service is just a myth.

Where do I even start?? The delivery finally showed up at the right place. But when I opened the box, my items were practically spilling out. Out of the three things I ordered, two were wrong. One of them was actually something that Collectables had on sale, while we paid full price for the newer version. The boxed saucepan set seemed like it had been opened before, and to make matters worse, one of the pans had a dent in it. When I reached out to Collectables to let them know I was sending everything back, they didn’t even ask why? Honestly, the person on the other end sounded totally uninterested and didn’t seem to care at all.

Clearly, we won’t be shopping with this company again.

I’m really impressed with how you handle things. I had to reach out to customer support a couple of times to fix minor issues, but they were sorted out super quickly and without hassle. The items arrived in no time, with all three orders showing up within just two days of placing them. Plus, the cherry on top is that there’s no shipping or return fees. I’ll surely be back and will spread the word!
